Isolation by Instrumental In-Charge

Objective: It allows user to view the Permit and Isolate all the Equipment(S).

  1. Login as Instrumentation Isolation officer and isolate all the equipment.
  2. Permit will appear from the Energy isolation section of Permit Dashboard.
  3. User can select Action from the ‘Select Action’ drop-down list.
  4. By default, all pre-filled data will be automatically filled and it will be disabled.
  5. Select ‘Is isolated’ option ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.
  6. User must select all the checkbox under ‘Action Taken for Isolation’ to save Isolation derails.
  7. Click on view/edit button User have to fill all required field of Instrumentation isolation details form.
  8. After click on “Isolate” button the permit moves forward to the Next Approval Authority user.
  9. Enter Isolated by Name
  10. After fill all the required field User can able to save the Instrumentation isolation details form.
  11. User can save the isolation details by click on “Save as Draft” button.
  12. After click on “Isolate” button the permit moves forward to the “Permit Requester” user.
