Restoration By Mechanical Isolation In-Charge

Objective: It allows user to view the Permit and Restore all the Equipment(S)

1. Login as Mechanical Isolation In-charge and isolate all the equipment.
2. Permit will appear from the Energy isolation section of Permit Dashboard.
3. Select ‘Is Restored’ option ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.
4. User must select all the checkbox under ‘Action Taken for Restoration’ to save Isolation derails.
5. User can select Action from the ‘Select Action’ drop-down list.
6. Enter Restored by Name
7. By default, all pre-filled data will be automatically filled and it will be disabled.
8. Click on view/edit button User have to fill all required field of Mechanical isolation details form.
9. After fill all the required field User can able to save the Mechanical isolation details form.
10. User can save the isolation details by click on “Save as Draft” button.
